Director
The company is managed by Dr. C.P.Reddy who has a Doctorate in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with Post-Doctoral experience abroad. He has previously worked in other R&D organizations including Dr.Reddy’s for nearly a decade. He has published papers in international journals. At present, he is the in-charge of Marketing as well as R&D, apart from the overall management of the company.

Mr. C.Sidharth Reddy, B.Tech(Chemical), is a Director who looks after day to day operations of the factory activities. He has eight years of experience in the industry at various levels, right from the production to technical matters.

There are two more directors – Mr. C. Nagarjuna Reddy, M.Tech., a young software engineer who is a good support for the board of Pragathi Organics Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. C.S.Reddy M.Com., an agriculturist whose timely suggestions, especially in financial matters, prove invaluable.
